Founded by transformational coach, keynote speaker, and author Mrs. Robbie Bible, our mission is to equip leaders and organizations with the tools to harness the Power of Empathy for measurable impact in law, business, ministry, and beyond.

About the Founder

Mrs. Robbie Bible brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal conviction to her work. With over two decades of experience, she has established herself as a thought leader on empathy’s role in leadership and organizational success.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from The College of New Jersey

    • Paralegal Certificate from Valdosta University

    • Trained Mediator, Solve and Resolve, LLC

    • Master’s in Legal Studies, University of Arizona (expected 2026)

  • Professional Credentials:

    • Member of the Georgia Bar Association

    • Approved by the Georgia Supreme Court as a qualified general mediator

    • Registered with the Georgia Secretary of State to assist in basic immigration matters

    • Licensed Notary Public in Georgia

    • Member of Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity

  • Ministry Leadership: Ordained Christian minister since 2009, integrating faith and empathy into leadership development.

Author & Speaker

Mrs. Bible is the author of several books on empathy in leadership, Christian ministry, law, and business. Her keynote addresses challenge audiences to rethink empathy as a strategic advantage—one that drives stronger relationships, healthier organizations, and transformative outcomes.
